Hello Jesus,

Level 5 is almost over. I'm happy that you were in my class again, but it makes me sad that you worked very little. There were to be no less than 18 posts in your journal and you only have 5. Very sad indeed. =(

I Would like To dedicate this post to a Chef That I really Admire, Martín Berasategui is a Basque chef and owner of an eponymous restaurant in Lasarte-Oria (Gipuzkoa), Spain, which has been awarded three Michelin stars since 2001. He holds seven stars in total, more than any other Spanish chef. Acctually He is the Owner of Passion a Restaurant of Paradisus, Playa del carmen where I Made my Trainees the last Semester.

At the age of 14, Berasategui began to work in his parent's restaurant, Bodegón Alejandro. When Berasategui began his culinary career, there were no Michelin star restaurants in the Basque Country. He was sent to France to train as a pastry chef when he was 17. At the age of 20 he took over his parent's restaurant, and earned his first Michelin star there by the age of 25.
Berasategui opened his eponymous restaurant in Lasarte-Oria (outside San Sebastián) in 1993. It was awarded a third Michelin star in the 2001 Michelin Guide. The restaurant was voted 29th best restaurant in the worldby Restaurant (magazine) in both 2008 and 2011, the highest the restaurant has appeared on the list.
As of 2013, he holds more Michelin stars than any other Spanish chef. In addition to his three at Restaurante Martín Berasategui, he holds two at Restaraunte Lasarte in Barcelona and another two at M.B. in Tenerife (the largest of the Canary Islands). His restaurant M.B. in the Ritz Carlton Abama resort in Tenerife gained its first Michelin Star in the 2010 guide. In addition to his three Michelin starred restaurants, he owns a further six around the world including two in the Dominican Republic, one in Mexico and is opening a further restaurant in Costa Rica in 2015.

Weekly Journal October 17th

This weekend in the middle of doing the same every day I did have the oportunity to get off early enough of my Job for go to the cinema, and the only movie that was available in that time was Maze Runner  I tough that The Gladers are likeable characters, but they aren’t developed much and are too similar to familiar character archetypes. Thomas is an OK character, to be honest Newt and Alby are more interesting than he was. This is probably due to Thomas having no memories, and most of his scenes are ones that set up the series mythology and ones where he’s in fight and chase scenes. The rest of the Gladers don’t do much or are there only to advance the plot of the movie. Thomas and the “Gladers” rush from one shocking event to the next dangerous chase, all while trying to find a way out of the Maze.

Even though TMR only has a $34 million dollar budget, the movie still looks visually nice. I liked to see the Grievers, the Maze, the Glade, and the Gladers brought to life. To the disappointment of some action, effects-heavy, and the fighting is pretty primitive. But there’s still excitement with the chases from, and the fighting against the Grievers (bio-mechanical lizard/scorpion-like monsters).

The movie ultimately spends too long setting up future installments than fleshing out the characters, but it still has enough things going on for you not to get too bored. I personally think the fight scenes could’ve been better choreographed and more exciting. Also, the characters really could’ve used more development. any way it was more that I expected.

With my Smartphone I can always been on Internet, also I can use a HD Photo Camera and Video Camara in Full Hd, I have a mp3 player too, many other apps like Calendar, my Alarm, Facebook App, Chats, Messages,  Movies with Netflix, something that its so simple but vert useful its a Lantern, and beyond that  it have a App store for getting more new apps daily.

The only problem its that can become addicted and some people get more attention to them cellphones before comunicate with the people around.

Smarthphones I think could be helpful but also could be a degrading, it depends of the kind of person it use.
